Thai Art: Mid Rattanakosin Rama V's period, 1887; royal cremation souvenir gilt metal box with cover-lid round-shaped, carved and repousse heard of swans-lotus in pond with blue enamelled background, top decorated multi-colour ceramic of young Prince Siriraj dated C.S.1249, 3 pcs. size 5x3 cm., 3.8x2.8 cm. & 3x2.4cm., excellent condition. (3) Multi-colour ceramic top and enamelled box type was presented to guest with the highest orders; top also found in sepia colour with normal non-enaelled box presented to lower ranking order guests.
